Who Wants to Win the Raffle the Most?

I'd have to say the members of PTAP (People's Temple Agricultural Project) do! They came into the canoe put in with 3 tires to exchange for raffle tickets. Also in the running are No Mans Land who showed up at TA3/CP4 with 11 bottles and cans.
