At 8am this morning, the countdown hit zero and the teams took off. For the prologue, each team selected one member to run one mile to the reflection pool and back before they were allowed to proceed. The teams then hiked up the side trail to the top of Amicalola falls (~1 mile, 1000 foot elevation game). Leading the pack as the emerged at the falls was team ROAM/INOV-8 followed closely by team Nature Cure. We're working on uploading photos from the Start, so please be patient and we'll have them for you as soon as we can. For the really ambitious, just set up an RSS feed to our Photobucket account for immediate updates.
We're also working on updating the Leaderboard, so please be patient with that as well. We want to get the updates to you as soon as possible, so we have our Leaderboard crew working full time on that right now.
